Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a
Manager, AI Platforms to join our Enterprise AI department. This role is central to our strategy of leveraging agentic AI to drive business efficiency. You will be the primary owner for our internal agent-building platforms—with a specific focus on zero and low-code solutions like Gemini Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise.

You will serve as a technical leader, working at the intersection of product management, AI enablement, and our "AI Champion" advisory group to democratize AI capabilities across the organization. You will also act as the primary liaison with platform vendors and collaborate with our high-code engineering teams to bridge technical gaps and deliver custom functionality.

What You'll Do:

  • Platform Roadmap & Ownership: Own the strategic roadmap for key AI platforms, focusing on zero and low-code agent builders to streamline internal operations.

  • Vendor Partnership: Manage relationships with AI platform vendors (e.g., Google, OpenAI) to oversee implementation, align roadmaps, roll out new features, and resolve technical bugs.

  • Technical AI Leadership: Provide technical expertise in building AI agents and implementing platforms; mentor and enable the AI Champion advisory group so they can empower their respective departments.

  • Agentic Workflow Design: Apply agentic best practices to design and build workflows that automate complex tasks and help run the business more effectively.

  • Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with other platform owners to test and continually enhance integrations across our tech stack, including Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.

  • Technical Bridging: Gather requirements from "champion" users and partner with the high-code agent team to test and integrate custom-built functionality into vendor platforms.

  • Strategy & Enablement: Help bridge technical gaps between Product Management and the AI Enablement team to ensure platform capabilities meet business needs.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience: 4-8 years of experience managing SaaS platforms, with at least 1-3 years specifically focused on AI technologies.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of core technical components, including API integrations, logging, and advanced troubleshooting.

  • AI Proficiency: Strong knowledge of the LLM landscape and the specific mechanics of building agents within enterprise AI platforms.

  • Communication & Influence: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps and influence stakeholders across various departments.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in highly regulated or security-conscious environments, such as Finance, Legal/E-Discovery, Healthcare, or Defense.

  • Hands-on scripting experience (e.g., Python) to assist with troubleshooting or custom integrations.

  • Prior experience in a high-growth cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS environment.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
