Position Overview:
We're seeking innovative and highly motivated Product Engineers to join our dynamic product team. As a Product Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and refining AI-driven software solutions, playing a key role in driving innovation and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance Tavrn's AI-driven software solutions, ensuring high quality, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate closely with sales and engineering to understand customer needs and translate them into innovative technical solutions.
Conduct product testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure seamless user experiences.
Support technical implementation and troubleshooting during customer onboarding and integration phases.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, processes, and systems.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in software engineering, ideally working with SaaS or AI-driven technologies.
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.
Familiarity with AI frameworks, machine learning concepts, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, innovate proactively, and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to effectively partner across teams.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range of $170,000–$220,000 (placement within range based on experience and qualifications) + equity
