Position Overview:
We're seeking innovative and highly motivated Product Engineers to join our dynamic product team. As a Product Engineer, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and refining AI-driven software solutions, playing a key role in driving innovation and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance Tavrn's AI-driven software solutions, ensuring high quality, scalability, and performance.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and engineering to understand customer needs and translate them into innovative technical solutions.

  • Conduct product testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure seamless user experiences.

  • Support technical implementation and troubleshooting during customer onboarding and integration phases.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, processes, and systems.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, ideally working with SaaS or AI-driven technologies.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages.

  • Familiarity with AI frameworks, machine learning concepts, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, innovate proactively, and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to effectively partner across teams.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $170,000–$220,000 (placement within range based on experience and qualifications) + equity
