AI Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of AI-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, AI technologies, and data science, along with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage AI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals are met within the set timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and status reports.
• Oversee the development and implementation of AI models, algorithms, and solutions that drive business value.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management regularly.
• Ensure adherence to AI and data governance standards, ethical guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and agile working environment to ensure effective teamwork and high-quality delivery.
• Evaluate the impact of AI solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on AI, data science, or technology-driven projects.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data science, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (C1 level) is required for effective communication with global teams and stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):

• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
• Experience working with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Background in data analytics, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
