Responsibilities
  • Generate and publish a program plan with clearly defined deliverables, dependences associated with each of the teams.
  • Track progress relative to plan and report outcomes weekly including accomplishments and key issues / risks.
  • For significant deviations from the plan establish tiger teams, root causes, corrective actions.
  • Identify emerging program gaps, dependencies, and drive resolution
  • Proactively communicate changes in the project plan that could impact the supply outputs
  • Manage corresponding set of actions needed to drive progress to the plan
  • Generate status reporting for use by the working team and for the executive team
  • Report on the program status, risk, issues, actions as part of the ongoing Program meetings
Qualifications

Background

  • 8-10 years of experience at introducing new products into Production Ramp
  • Comfortable leading without direct authority across org boundaries
  • Data-driven decision maker who thrives in ambiguous, high-pressure ramps
  • Familiarity with the Product Line and specifics of Opto Electronic manufacturing


Leadership Profile

  • Relentlessly prioritizes the biggest yield and throughput drivers
  • Translates technical complexity into executable plans
  • Creates alignment across strong personalities and competing priorities
  • Moves fast while protecting product quality
  • Ability to rationalize multiple inputs and vast amounts of data into clear status updates needed drive action to plan at both the Working Team / Executive Level
  • Encourages visibility and transparent communication between the teams.
