This role owns end-to-end delivery-from argument development and collaborator alignment to roadmap creation, achievement governance, budget oversight, and value analysis. The TPM partners with engineering, data science, HPC, and cross-functional operations teams to define objectives, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure seamless execution of high-impact AI and DS programs across TPG.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$148,000.00 - $308,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.

Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day execution and long-term strategy for AI and Data Science programs, ensuring alignment to TPG objectives.
- Lead all aspects of program management for AI/DS initiatives, including headcount planning, OpEx and CapEx budgeting, and resource forecasting.
- Lead transitions from incubation/concept phases to measurable, scalable programs with clear results and clear return on investment.
- Develop and document processes, methodologies, and standards to drive execution consistency across TPG AI/DS initiatives.
- Represent AI & DS in cross-functional operations forums, establishing strong partnerships and acting as liaison between technical and business organizations.
- Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and metrics to track objectives, benchmarks, action items, and progress toward strategic outcomes.
- Provide clear, data-driven updates to collaborators, including analysis of program health, business impact, risks, and mitigation paths.
- Drive high-priority special projects with enterprise-level impact, ensuring organizational alignment and bottom-line results.
Minimum Qualifications
- Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical degree.
- 10+ years of experience leading sophisticated global programs with proven success in execution and delivery.
- Hands-on experience managing AI/ML, Data Science, or data-driven technical programs from concept to deployment.
- Strong proficiency with program management frameworks, budgeting practices, and dashboarding/analytics tools.
- Ability to define measurable objectives, develop actionable plans, and partner effectively with cross-functional SMEs and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HPC environments and software implications related to AI and DS development.
- Established network across Micron's Technology and Product Groups and familiarity with TPG operating rhythms.
- Experience developing interpersonal processes, tools, and policies to improve consistency and reduce workload for leaders and managers.
