About the Role

We are seeking an adaptable, AI-native professional to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge Physical AI solutions and our enterprise customers. Operating as a hybrid technical consultant and product evangelist, you possess an insatiable willingness to learn how our models interact with the real world. You take deep personal responsibility for the customer journey, are completely fearless in the face of the unknown, and thrive on solving complex, unprecedented problems. In this role, you will own the deployment process, troubleshoot at the intersection of hardware and software, organically upsell services, and transform everyday users into passionate brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy & Troubleshoot: Take full responsibility for guiding customers through the setup, configuration, and rollout of Physical AI. You will relentlessly solve complex, multi-layered technical issues that arise in unpredictable real-world environments.
  • Drive Success & Upsell: Deeply understand customer business goals to suggest the best AI products for their needs, promoting product value and seamlessly upselling services based on a stellar user experience.
  • Champion the Brand: Cultivate an energetic fan base around our physical AI products, identifying and partnering with power users to act as vocal brand ambassadors.
  • Educate & Enable: Act as the internal subject matter expert, creating engaging training courses and educational materials to upskill our department on physical AI models and deployment strategies.
  • Optimize the Experience: Review customer feedback and technical roadblocks through a design-thinking lens, proactively improving deployment processes and enhancing all Customer Success initiatives.

Ideal Background & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s of Science Degree. (e.g., Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Mathematical sciences ) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Technical Consulting, Implementation, or Customer Success—preferably working with physical AI, robotics, IoT, or smart hardware.
  • The "AI-Native" Mindset: You have a deep curiosity and a relentless willingness to learn. You are highly responsible, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and not afraid to tackle "the unknown" when deploying novel technologies.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to break down and solve highly complex problems where hardware, software, and human behavior intersect.
  • Exceptional Communication: You can effortlessly translate complex technical concepts into clear, simple language for both non-technical end-users and enterprise executives.
