About the internship

In this internship, you will work directly with cutting-edge internal tools and state-of-the-art AI models to bring creative ideas to life. This role focuses on using advanced AI tools to produce content—not on developing AI algorithms or model architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Use internal and external AI video and image generation tools to create high-quality content (e.g., storyboards, visual concepts, character designs, stylized shots, short scenes, etc.)
  • Translate creative requirements into visual styles, mood, and narrative elements using generative AI workflows
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to support film, advertising, or short-form content projects
  • Participate in developing and optimizing AI-powered content production pipelines
  • Propose creative directions and produce independent AI-generated works with thoughtful artistic reasoning
  • Communicate effectively with the team, provide progress updates, and contribute constructive ideas

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Film Production, Art/Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related fields
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI image/video generation tools (you do not need to develop AI models; you need to know how to use them effectively)
  • Strong learning ability, clear communication, and solid independent thinking skills
  • Passion for AIGC, creativity, and self-driven workflow

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in MCNs, film/TV production, advertising, or digital media content teams
  • Prior creation of AI-generated videos or images with publicly published works
    • High view counts or strong engagement on platforms are a significant plus
  • Ability to evaluate different application scenarios (ads, short dramas, narrative content, etc.) and propose reasoned creative strategies
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, aesthetics, and scene construction using AI workflows
  • Familiarity with U.S. culture and society (to better understand content styles, audience expectations, and narrative context)

What We Offer

  • Direct access to world-class AI content generation technology
  • Opportunities to participate in cutting-edge AIGC workflows for film, storytelling, advertising, and more
  • A fast-moving, highly creative environment with significant autonomy
  • Real project experience, rapid skill growth, and exposure to the frontier of AI-driven content creation
