As the AMOC Project Manager (PM), you will:
- Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of C4I project resources
- Ensure work standards are formulated and enforced
- Create and manipulate schedules to meet real-time mission priorities
- Review work discrepancies, supervise personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
- Lead a C4I multi-discipline team
- Represent the company in all matters related to the contract
- Assign and manage customer projects
- Act in direct liaison with the government Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and program managers
- Ensure qualified personnel are available and prepared for travel to offsite locations as needed to support C4I systems and users
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in providing overall leadership, management, and supervision of C4I project resources
- Supervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer-related fields
- Strong understanding of C4I systems and project management principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience working with DHS, CBP, and AMOC systems and personnel
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
