Candidate qualifications & core characteristics:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in investment banking, project finance, private credit, structured credit, infrastructure investing, or a related field

  • Strong financial modeling, accounting, and credit-analysis skills

  • Experience evaluating companies, projects, or transactions and identifying the key drivers of risk and return

  • Ability to process large quantities of quantitative and qualitative information and translate them into concise, decision-useful conclusions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial or technical issues clearly

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work

  • Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, and a pragmatic approach to solving problems

  • Ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated interest in sustainable infrastructure
