Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Lead measurement and insight generation across Ford Pro Digital Product's unauthenticated and authenticated web journeys, translating business goals and stakeholder questions into clear key performance indicators, measurement plans, and success criteria.
  • Partner with Ford Pro Digital Product managers, engineers, experience designers, and data and tagging teams to ensure new and evolving digital experiences can be measured effectively.
  • Collaborate with Telematics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance analytics teams to bring together relevant insights and tell holistic Ford Pro stories.
  • Analyze clickstream and digital behavioral data and conduct advanced journey analyses to answer high-value questions, identify friction and root causes, surface emerging opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Curate Adobe Analytics workspaces and build strategic dashboards and self-service reporting that provide trusted, on-demand visibility into common performance metrics.
  • Use SQL and analytical tools to integrate, query, join, validate, and interpret digital, customer, account, vehicle, lead, transaction, and other approved enterprise datasets, developing unified views of Ford Pro digital journeys and outcomes.
  • Develop, implement, and scale reusable analytical methods, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that improve the speed, consistency, and scalability of analysis and insight generation while maintaining appropriate human review.
  • Present complex analytical findings in concise, decision-ready narratives tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analytics, customer analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with a digital analytics platform such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience using SQL to analyze large datasets, integrate multiple data sources, and validate analytical outputs.
  • 2+ years of experience creating dashboards or reusable reporting with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar platforms.

Even better, you may have...

  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to move from an ambiguous stakeholder question to a structured analysis, clear findings, and practical recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting analytical findings to cross-functional partners and leaders.

Digital Measurement

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including creation of curated workspaces for recurring stakeholder needs.
  • Fluency with AI tools and frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of digital measurement fundamentals and tag management, with the ability to debug tracking issues, validate analytics behavior, and partner effectively with tagging teams.
  • Adobe Certified Expert or Professional credentials in Adobe Analytics or related Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

Data & Technical Fluency

  • Cloud and data engineering: Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Python, SQL, APIs, data validation automation, or enterprise behavioral data pipelines.
  • Delivery practices: Experience with Jira, GitHub, implementation documentation, technical design reviews, QA processes, and production release governance.
  • Experience combining digital behavioral data with customer, account, transaction, CRM, vehicle, or service data.

Analytics Product Mindset

  • Experience building reusable analytics frameworks, measurement products, dashboards, reporting standards, or self-service insight capabilities for business and product teams.
  • Experience developing automation or AI-enabled analytics capabilities that improve the speed, consistency, or scalability of insight generation.
  • Ability to create executive-ready narratives that connect digital behavior, experience performance, and business outcomes.

Business Domain Knowledge

  • B2B analytics experience, particularly in commercial services, automotive, or complex omnichannel customer journeys.
