**Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from January 19, 2027 through June 4, 2027. Department/Position Description:
The Own Brands Program Management Team provides portfolio visibility, reporting, and project oversight for strategic Own Brands initiatives. Working cross-functionally across the organization, the team develops tools and insights that support informed decision-making and ensure progress toward key business objectives.
This Co-op will develop reporting tools and Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into initiatives such as Catalog Reviews, New Item Development, Supplier Transitions, On-Time/Late Items, and Resets. The role will support data analysis, project reporting, and stakeholder communications by delivering timely, accurate insights and collaborating with cross-functional partners to improve data quality and reporting effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Power Automate or any automation expertise
  • Understanding of data validation and quality assurance principles.
  • Ability to track project milestones, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Interest in retail, merchandising, product development, or business intelligence reporting preferred.

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $34.20
