Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strategic prowess and creativity with the ability to build rich relationships with internal/external stakeholders paired with competitive assessment capabilities. You have a strong command of details and writing/presentation skills and are a capable project manager. With a proven track record of executing successful programs and driving measurable results, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, and overseeing the Analyst Relations team for HPE's Networking business unit, building, nurturing, influencing, and managing strategic relationships with key industry analysts and advisory firms, ensuring HPE's technology portfolio is accurately represented in research, and more.

  • Lead, inspire, and oversee the Analyst Relations team for HPE’s Networking business unit.
  • Build, nurture, influence, and manage strategic relationships with key industry analysts and advisory firms, ensuring HPE’s technology portfolio is accurately represented in research.
  • Your role is crucial in advancing HPE's business, product, innovation, and category leadership. Your ability to link AR strategic plans, insights, and results to business objectives that drive competitive differentiation is key to our success.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams for major industry evaluations such as Gartner Magic Quadrants and IDC MarketScapes.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for major industry events, analyst days, and advisory sessions.
  • Lead analyst briefing programs, managing executive relationships and ensuring high-quality engagement with industry influencers.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, PR, Communications, Sales, and Business Groups teams to utilize analysts' insights and research for effective product planning and go-to-market strategies.

Education and Experience Required:

  • BA or BS in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in public relations or analysts relations.
  • PR/AR agency experience a plus.
  • Fluency in local language and English.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent writing, editing and oral communications skills a must.
  • Expert knowledge in Analyst Relations.
  • Proven experience leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.
  • High levels of tact and diplomacy.
  • Fine-tuned consultative skills.
  • Expert agency and budget management.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management.
  • Comfortable as a spokesperson for the company.
  • The ideal candidate must have experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess competition and research relevance.
  • Embody an affinity for technology and an attitude of continuous learning.
  • Passion to proactively execute with excellence, with minimal supervision.

Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $130,500.00 - $300,000.00
