Ping Identity is seeking an Analyst Relations Specialist to support and scale a global Analyst Relations (AR) program. This role focuses on executing analyst engagements and managing evaluation processes that shape how Ping is positioned in the market. You will partner closely with the Senior Manager of Analyst Relations, who leads strategy and executive engagement, while you own program operations and delivery. This is a highly cross-functional role working with product, marketing, and executives. Success in this role means driving well-coordinated, high-quality analyst interactions and keeping complex evaluation cycles on track.

You Will:
  • Execute analyst engagements end-to-end, including briefing prep, stakeholder coordination, speaker readiness, and logistics
  • Build and manage timelines for major analyst evaluations (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, KuppingerCole Leadership Compass)
  • Coordinate inputs across product, marketing, and executive stakeholders to deliver high-quality submissions on time
  • Track analyst interactions, maintain documentation, and manage AR tools, calendars, and workflows
  • Prepare internal stakeholders with research insights, messaging context, and briefing materials
  • Identify risks in evaluation cycles and proactively keep projects on schedule
  • Summarize analyst feedback, research, and key takeaways for internal teams
  • Improve and scale AR processes using tools and automation to increase efficiency and consistency
You Have:
  • Experience in analyst relations, product marketing, communications, or program management with exposure to analyst firms
  • Proven ability to manage complex, deadline-driven projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across parallel workstreams
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional deliverables and driving accountability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for senior stakeholders
  • Comfort working with executives and cross-functional teams in high-visibility situations
  • Familiarity with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or KuppingerCole
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Direct experience supporting analyst evaluations like Magic Quadrant, Wave, or Leadership Compass
  • Experience using AI or productivity tools to improve research, writing, or program execution
  • Background in identity, security, or enterprise software markets

Base Hiring Range: $90,000 - $108,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
