About depthfirst

We believe that software is the foundation of modern civilization - yet vulnerabilities threaten its integrity, security, and resilience. We are on a mission to solve security.

depthfirst is building intelligence to detect and remediate critical software vulnerabilities. We are training and scaling security AI agents to discover zero-days vulnerabilities across large customer codebases and popular open source software.

Our founding team includes deep expertise in data, infrastructure, security and LLMs with technical leaders from DeepMind, Databricks, Square, and Faire. We are looking for strong technical people who are interested in working at the intersection of AI, Security, and Infrastructure.

About This Role

depthfirst is hiring its first Analytics & GTM Operations Lead to build the data and analytics engine that powers how we grow.

This role will design and build the infrastructure that will provide insights into and help execute our outbound, marketing, and partner strategies. Unlike other roles focused on reporting, you will work closely with our RevOps and Marketing teams to build the systems that will allow them to scale our GTM strategies and deploy new ones (like ABM).

depthfirst is building intelligence to detect and remediate critical software vulnerabilities. We are training and scaling security AI agents to discover zero-days vulnerabilities across large customer codebases and popular open source software.

You will own it from day one, with the autonomy and trust to do it right, at a company operating at the center of AI and security, growing fast, with a team that holds a high bar for hard technical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build our data foundation from scratch: the Salesforce objects and fields needed for attribution, a data warehouse, data models, and data pipelines. You're starting from a clean slate, so you can build a modern stack and use AI to get more done with less

  • Design and build our attribution model across marketing, outbound, and partners, showing what each channel or campaign contributes to pipeline and revenue

  • Design and implement our account and lead lifecycles to help us deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time

  • Build reporting and dashboards that leadership, sales, and marketing rely on to make day-to-day and strategic decisions

  • Proactively partner with marketing and sales to find ways to improve performance

Required Qualifications
  • You have worked in analytics at a scaling B2B company and can anticipate our data infrastructure and analytics needs as we scale for the next ~3 years

  • You’re willing to go deep on how data is captured and structured in Salesforce, understand its underlying logic, and recommend a solution if it’s not optimal

  • You pair analytics with commercial intuition, reading the story behind the numbers to produce recommendations that hold up in the real world

  • You're AI-pilled. You want to use it to get leverage in your work and to provide next-level analytics

  • You can code and are fluent in SQL, data modeling, and Salesforce

  • You have a background in engineering, computer science, statistics, or similar

  • You believe in our mission of securing the world’s software

  • You’re based in San Francisco or willing to relocate

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary with meaningful equity

  • Health, vision, and dental insurance

  • 401k

  • Office lunch and dinner (SF office)

  • Ownership and significant room to grow as the company scales
