About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for an Analytics Lead to help scale our Lyra Care Therapy (LCT) business and support key areas of our LCT Operations team. Specifically, this role will be responsible for driving critical analyses to deepen our understanding of clinician performance, ensuring our clinicians and clinical managers are set up for success to meet their performance expectations and, ultimately, that our clients have the access to care they need. 

You will be responsible for independently managing a wide variety of projects, including scoping and running analyses to inform leadership decision-making, monitoring and advising Ops and Clinical leadership on key performance metrics, developing dashboards and other tools to enhance our reporting infrastructures, and executing on key interventions to improve performance and internal efficiencies. In this role you will work closely with clinical managers and cross-functional partners within Lyra to execute, refine, and scale processes and solutions program-wide. Your work will directly impact clinician productivity and quality of care, and sustainability of the Lyra Care Therapy program.

This role will be a great fit if you are energized by building tools and insights to enable data visibility across stakeholders, connecting insights to strategic decisions, operationalizing new interventions and processes, building relationships with clinicians and clinical managers, and driving exceptional business results, in order to provide high-quality mental health care to clients. You should be strategic, data-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, able to align stakeholders, and willing to roll up your sleeves and be scrappy when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Scope and implement critical analyses to deepen our understanding of provider performance across productivity, quality, and other key metrics
  • Scope and design new metrics and reports that address high priority needs across LCT operational and clinical teams
  • Develop an analytics roadmap that aligns LCT program priorities with crossfunctional stakeholders in a way that sets us up for short- and long-term success
  • Manage day-to-day operations critical to the function of the LCT Operations Team; including but not limited to triaging requests, data analysis, and high-priority performance escalations 
  • Co-develop and own execution of performance and productivity strategies and interventions to support LCT Operations Team’s efforts and goals
  • Manage regular reporting processes that enable program leadership and clinical managers to identify risks, opportunities, and actions
  • Help improve or innovate compensation, productivity, and performance data processes, collaborating internally with teams such as clinical, product, HR, legal, platform support and others to support clinical stakeholders and scale
  • Play an integral role on the LCT Operations team to support LCT’s role as a top program for providers, clients, and customers
  • Support broader strategic initiatives in the LCT program to ensure we hit our growth and sustainability targets 

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in operations and/or analytics; experience with productivity initiatives within healthcare systems or mature healthcare startups strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis using Google Sheets or Excel required
  • Prior experience using Salesforce, Snowflake, and/or SQL required
  • Experience building Tableau dashboards required
  • Experience developing data insights and presenting findings using Google Slides or Powerpoint (required)
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to work successfully on cross-functional teams 
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills with various stakeholders
  • Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and balance priorities in a dynamic and constantly evolving work environment
  • Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
