Job Description

• Professional having worked on any of the monitoring tools configuration, administration or operation
• POC or Production implementation knowledge in the AppDynamics ,Dynatrace , DCRUM and Gomez
• Understanding the architecture of Real user monitoring and deep drive monitoring.
• End to End Implementation knowledge of the tools
• Creating and Configuring the Gomez Script.
• Creating and configuring Software Services in Real user monitoring.
• Configuring the SSL Application and think client application in real user monitoring.
• Creating DMI Reports
• Knowledge in middleware technology and network
• Strong Knowledge in Application tiers and components (web based and non- webbased)
• Handling RFC Requirement
• Creating dashboard and instrumenting the tools as per client requirements.
• Providing solution to the client accounting to the requirement
• Analyzing the client requirement and propose the appropriate solution. Knowledge of basic Windows & Unix administration
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information
• Knowledge on ITIL based Delivery
