The Role

We believe that the best form of marketing is AI-assisted, data-driven and human in-the-loop. This role is for an analyst who can interface with the client to help set and execute user acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Own performance marketing account management for app clients.

  • Execute media planning confidently across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and paid search (ASA, Google UAC) channels.

  • Orchestrate creative production and manage the end-to-end flow until assets are launched in ad accounts.

  • Own, ideate, and iterate on creative testing frameworks tailored to each app’s context.

  • Engage in internal & external communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign reports to stakeholders and clients.

  • Analyze campaign data using strong analytical skills and derive actionable insights to improve performance.

  • Contribute to growth marketing discussions on LTV/CAC, payback periods, MRR/ARR, run rates, and more.

  • Use MMPs and analytics dashboards for reporting, and collaborate with the Valid product team on data management best practices.

  • Conduct A/B & multivariate testing to improve performance and generate insights.

Required Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of growth marketing or user acquisition experience

  • 1–2 years of app performance marketing experience, primarily paid social UA (this will be tested)

  • Hands-on experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, Branch, Kochava, or AirBridge

  • Proficient in iOS app attribution and well-versed in SKAdNetwork, ATT, and probabilistic attribution (this will be tested)

  • Strong familiarity with paid media campaigns specific to apps: Meta AEM, TikTok ADC, Google UAC

  • Track record of managing iOS app campaigns that optimize for CPA, ROAS, and LTV

  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Expertise: Actively learns and shares new industry insights

  • Experience with consumer subscription apps

  • Freemium model familiarity for subscription apps

  • Understanding of user onboarding flows and paywall testing

  • Adaptability to platform changes, including iOS and social media algorithms
