Job Summary
- Technical Leadership & Enterprise Solution Design
- Appian L3 Certification must
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of highly complex Appian BPM and Case Management solutions
- Design endtoend business process models, case flows, SLAs, audit trails, and exception handling
- Establish and enforce Appian standards, frameworks, design patterns, and best practices
- Review designs and code to ensure performance, scalability, security, and reusability
- Drive optimization, refactoring, and modularization of Appian applications
Good to Have
Exposure to:
- Appian RPA, AI Skills, IDP
- Java plugins or custom smart services
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS / Azure)
- Experience working with legacy BPM systems (AWD)
