  • Develop application and training documentation for software that is clear, succinct, accurate, and appropriately detailed.

  • Constructively offer feedback and ideas for improvements in applications, processes, systems, and areas of a technical nature.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience required

  • Application Support, SRE, or similar technical support experience for a distributed or cloud-based application is preferred.

  • 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.

  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred.

  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language used by the product stack (e.g., Angular, TS, HTML, CSS., C#) sufficient to write and test code-level fixes, not just read them.

  • Azure Application Insights (or equivalent APM) for distributed tracing and exception analysis, including KQL/Kusto query authoring, plus strong log-analysis skills across structured backend and frontend logs.

  • SQL and PostgreSQL — confident read-only querying and slow-query diagnosis; ability to read and reason about .NET/C# and Angular/TypeScript stack traces and exceptions.

  • Docker/containers — inspecting running services, logs, and configuration; comfort troubleshooting environment and deployment settings (env vars, feature flags, service config).

  • Preferred: familiarity with Entity Framework Core query patterns (N+1/inefficient queries), Redis cache diagnosis, RPC-based/contract-first service architectures, .NET diagnostics (dotnet-trace/dotnet-dump), networking fundamentals (ingress/proxy, TLS, service-to-service connectivity), and CI/CD pipelines.
