About the Team
You’ll join Aladdin Trading DevOps Engineering, a team focused on modernizing build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑native platforms that support mission‑critical trading systems. The platform spans large, multi‑language codebases and operates at global scale, requiring strong engineering discipline, automation, and reliability.
What You’ll Work On
- Designing and evolving modern build systems for large, multi‑language codebases
- Improving build speed, reliability, and developer productivity at scale
- Building and operating high‑performance CI/CD and release pipelines
- Driving containerized, Kubernetes‑based platforms across multi‑cloud environments
- Partnering with application, platform, and leadership teams to define tooling standards
- Applying an AI‑first mindset to optimize build, test, and deployment workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 9+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Build Infrastructure
- Strong experience with modern build systems (Bazel, Gradle, Pants, Buck)
- Deep expertise in CI/CD, release engineering, and cloud platforms
- Understanding of containerization across languages (Docker, buildpacks)
- Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code and GitOps (Terraform, ArgoCD, Flux)
- Ability to drive data‑driven improvements across engineering pipelines
Preferred / Emerging Skills
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants and productivity tooling
- Understanding of AI system reliability concepts (guardrails, validation, observability, explainability, human‑in‑the‑loop)
- Exposure to agentic LLM frameworks and AI‑assisted developer workflows
