Develop Python and C automation scripts and SerDes algorithms for post-silicon verification and validation of high-speed Ethernet products. Evaluate chip performance across environments, operate high-speed test equipment, analyze and debug systems, and generate test reports. Collaborate with design, firmware, and production teams on stable firmware, SLT testing, high-volume sample testing, and customer chip and IP evaluations.
Credo is seeking a Application Engineer to join our AE Team. The role centers on verifying and validating post-silicon high-speed SerDes Ethernet products—developing efficient Python automation scripts, evaluating chip performance at the system level across varied environments, and improving SerDes algorithms and performance. Working closely with the Design, Production, and Firmware teams, you'll ensure the chip runs reliably under different conditions and use sampling scopes, BERTs, and other high-speed test equipment to analyze and debug high-speed systems. This is a full-time onsite position based in San Jose, CA.
Base salary range is $100,000 - $130,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
