Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes. Your role will also require you to document findings and solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and enhancing the support framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of incident management processes and tools.
- Experience with problem management and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with change management and release management practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
