Last year alone they helped raise $40,000 for two charities. Unlike many CPA firms that clients only hear from them at tax time, this firm is professional, proactive, and personable. Tax preparers are hands-on with clients’ QuickBook files, assist with year-end reconciliations, and prep numbers for serious tax preparation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting/tax preparation /year-end reconciliations
• Knowledge of tax code
• Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel with CCH Prosystems a plus
• Ability to collaborate and work as a team player
• Need attention to detail and follow up skills
• Need solid communication skills to speak with clients regarding missing information, year-end reconciliations, and tax preparation
