Summary: As the Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns and key brand moments, translating high-level creative direction into compelling design across digital and physical touchpoints. This role is highly hands-on, developing concepts, shaping visual direction, and bringing ideas to life across video, digital, print, and social from concept through execution. You will report to the Head of Creative.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and art direction across integrated campaigns, product launches, and brand moments

  • Design visually compelling assets across core digital channels, including web, email, social, and paid media

  • Apply strong typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned experiences

  • Be highly hands-on and comfortable designing day-to-day in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain a high bar for craft, consistency, and attention to detail in high-visibility work

  • Support seasonal creative direction by translating vision into polished, on-brand digital outputs in close partnership with the Head of Creative

  • Build and maintain design documentation, templates, and guidelines that support consistency and efficiency across teams

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure design solutions meet both creative and business goals

  • Support concept development through mood boards, design explorations, and presentation materials

  • Stay current on digital design tools, trends, and best practices to continuously elevate the work

Requirements/Skills:

  • 6–8 years of experience in digital design, art direction, or brand creative, in-house or at a creative agency.

  • Strong design fundamentals with exceptional eye for layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.

  • Highly hands-on and comfortable designing day-to-day

  • Comfortable working under broader creative direction and translating high-level vision into executable outcomes.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across creative, web, product, and external partners.

  • Confident presenter with the ability to articulate visual decisions clearly and persuasively.
