Position Overview

K18 is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and haircare-savvy Artist Program North America Coordinator to join our team! This role supports the Senior Manager of the Artist Program and works on the Education team, while closely collaborating with the Consumer Engagement and Social teams to help scale and strengthen the Artist Program and stylist community. The Coordinator supports day-to-day program operations, stylist onboarding, shipments, and educator-led initiatives while fostering strong connections within our professional community and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, manages multiple priorities, and brings exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager of the Artist Program and Education Team to support program operations across North America.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Engagement and Social teams to align talent, education, and content needs.
  • Coordinate year-round logistics, including shipments, classes, trainings, and event support.
  • Upload and maintain accurate information within internal tracking systems, ensuring data is organized and up to date.
  • Pull and analyze program and social performance metrics, summarizing key insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Support in identifying, assessing, and onboarding new talent into the Artist Program and stylist community.
  • Communicate with stylists and educators to ensure timely information flow and clarity on next steps.
  • Assist with coordinating education materials, digital assets, and logistics for in-person and virtual trainings.
  • Ensure all program processes align with K18’s brand guidelines, scientific accuracy, and professional standards.
  • Sourcing and booking events spaces.
  • Assist with light contracting needs, including coordinating agreements and supporting the execution of simple contracts.
  • Maintain organization of program documents, talent information, and shipment records.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Cosmetology license with relevant experience in management, education, or program coordination.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
  • A strong understanding of and passion for the haircare and professional stylist space.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating logistics, organizing data, or managing programs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • A team player with an open mind and a desire to find better, smarter ways to drive results.
  • Familiarity with the KOL (influencer) landscape and the ability to assess talent.
  • Strong awareness of social media platforms and performance metrics relevant to stylists and educators.
  • Experience with online analytical tools (e.g., Tribe Dynamics) and comfort learning new systems.
  • Willing to travel.
  • English required; additional languages are a strong plus.

Salary Range: 70-75k 

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and if the location of the job changes.
