As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and professional Assistant to support our Head Designer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, develop strong business and organizational skills, and grow into a larger role within the company over time.

The Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Head of Design. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career within a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the calendar, meetings, and scheduling
  • Monitor, organize, and prioritize incoming emails and correspondence
  • Assist with meeting preparation, notes, and follow-up action items
  • Maintain organized files, documents, and company records
  • Create and update reports, trackers, and spreadsheets using Google Sheets
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf 
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Help ensure deadlines, meetings, and key business priorities stay on track
  • Provide general administrative support 

Qualifications

  • 0–1 years of administrative, office, internship, or assistant experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic
  • Looking for long-term growth and development opportunities
