The Assistant Manager - Operations supports financial reporting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, conducting variance analysis, and collaborating across teams for accurate periodic reporting.

Position Summary
Supports external financial reporting, including 10‑K and 10‑Q filings, MD&A, and related disclosures under US GAAP. Performs GAAP analytics, variance analysis, Quarterly Financial Supplement (QFS) and reviews earnings release support. Assists in quarter‑end and year‑end close, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting through collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
• Validating ICL Procedures before release of every draft
• Monitoring and validating Wdesk Changes and sharing inputs with stateside team
• Support Package preparation and upload
• Respond quickly to the various queries of the Regulators; Internal and external auditors; State-side Managers and Controllership
• Work under constant changing environment

2-4 years of experience in STAT/ GAAP Reporting
Technical Skills
• Experience in financial accounting and reporting.
• knowledge of accounting and reporting standards with strong technical and research skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly acquire an understanding of the organization's operations and its accounting systems.
• Working knowledge of Workiva Wdesk, Smartview, HFM and Peoplesoft application preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
