JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with (internal and external) content teams for key product properties and on-going content marketing campaigns as well as with product teams to execute sales-driven and up sales initiatives to drive revenue/ARPU.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Content, Programming and Digital Marketing teams in formulating the product and content marketing plans based on overall product and promotions roadmap, content performance insights, new content tile drops, alignment with master content calendar, and translating into an effective GTM (Go To Market) activities.
- Marketing Campaign Lead – to be responsible and owning the relationship with creative/media agencies and in-house promotion team in marketing collaterals for all product and content marketing activities.
- To have a strong understanding and insights to the different consumer segments and drive value proposition for product, content, corporate/group, and services accordingly.
- Analyse campaign performance/results and deliver reports on the campaigns and programs performance to key internal stakeholders.

- To develop effective and creative marketing campaigns based on understanding of business needs, customer insights and market trends.
- Developing a thorough understanding of local and global market dynamics and compiling a set of objective facts and data
- To be versatile and able to participate in activities outside of marketing role e.g. new content ideas, new process improvements which will be built up in time.
- To ensure subordinate(s) understanding of business objectives, and manage their growth in marketing.
