We built Bubble with a clear mission in mind: to empower everyone to create software. We believe anyone with an idea should be able to build it, so we’re making software creation accessible to everyone. Our AI visual development platform enables anyone, whether they’re first-time entrepreneurs or enterprise teams, to take an idea from prompt to fully-functional, scalable reality across web, iOS, and Android — all on one platform, all without writing or managing a single line of code.
As the only full-stack, cross-device no-code platform on the market with over 5 million users in over 100 countries, Bubble is breaking down the barriers to entrepreneurship and innovation across the globe.

What we’ve achieved:

Our product is working, and we are thriving. Entire VC-backed companies have been built entirely on Bubble. After finding product market fit and 8 years of bootstrapping, we raised a $100 million Series A and we’re one of the fastest-growing companies in the New York tech ecosystem.
You can build just about anything on Bubble - and our community is living proof. More than just launching products, people are turning their ideas into real businesses. Mailead grew a $10k investment in a Bubble product into a $2M valuation, while Faceless.video went from 0 to $1M+ ARR in less than a year, among many other examples.

About the team:

Bubble’s Strategic Accounts team partners with our highest value customers to drive long-term success on the platform. These customers range from high-growth startups scaling mission-critical applications to established enterprises building complex internal and external solutions on Bubble.
The Strategic Accounts team sits within the Success organization and is composed of Account Management (AM) and Technical Success Management (TSM). Together, the team owns post-sales relationships, provides deep technical guidance, and ensures customers can build, scale, and operate production-grade applications with confidence. We act as the bridge between customers and Bubble — aligning commercial strategy, technical enablement, and long-term value realization.

About you:

As an Associate Account Manager, you will own strategic and complex customer relationships. With support from account leadership, you’ll operate as a primary commercial steward post-sale, responsible for long-term account health, renewal predictability, and value-led expansion.
You will serve as a lifecycle owner — driving structured account planning, leading user engagement through QBRs, managing escalations, and partnering closely with Technical Success to ensure customers realize measurable outcomes.
Along the way, you’ll play a critical role in helping shape the Account Management function at Bubble, refining account planning standards and influencing cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success.
This is a high-impact role for someone excited about combining commercial growth with long-term partnership building in a rapidly evolving environment.

This would be a great opportunity for you if:

  • You enjoy building long-term customer relationships

  • You are comfortable managing complexity and navigating escalations

  • You enjoy improving systems and raising standards across a team

  • You’re excited to help shape what Account Management looks like at Bubble

In this role, you’ll:

  • Own a portfolio of some of our largest accounts

  • Develop and execute structured, multi-quarter account plans

  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic check-ins

  • Drive predictable renewals and identify expansion opportunities

  • Proactively identify account health risks and escalate cross-functional interventions

  • Partner closely with Technical Success Management to align commercial and technical strategy

  • Surface product feedback and customer insights to influence internal roadmap and strategy

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value relationships

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort using data to inform strategy

  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments

  • A customer-first mindset

Experience in SaaS or technically complex environments is a plus.

Compensation:

We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $85k - $115k. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
