At the core of this commitment is our investment in cutting-edge information technology. This supports our innovation and collaboration on a global scale, enabling our diverse teams to optimize both efficiency and success. As part of our IT team, your expertise and commitment will help facilitate our patient-focused mission by developing and enhancing technological solutions.

Support and drive the delivery of technology-enabled products and capabilities by translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and backlogs. Partner closely with engineering and technical teams to prioritize work, manage scope, and ensure solutions are delivered effectively, adopted by users, and aligned to intended business outcomes.

How you'll make an impact:

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Moveworks) to enhance productivity, automate workflows, generate insights, and support efficient delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Capture and translate stakeholder needs for a defined feature, workflow, or product area into clear requirements artifacts (e.g., user stories, structured requirements, acceptance criteria) in collaboration with engineering.
• Maintain product backlog readiness and traceability, including status, dependencies, decision linkages, and inputs required for delivery execution.
• Document and maintain current‑state and future‑state process artifacts, including pain points, constraints, assumptions, and handoffs to support solution design and adoption.
• Support delivery planning and review activities aligned to the delivery approach in use (e.g., Agile ceremonies, Kanban, hybrid, phase‑gated) by ensuring work items are clarified and decisions are documented.
• Support validation and release readiness activities (e.g., UAT preparation, acceptance verification inputs, release notes, stakeholder communication drafts) under guidance from senior product roles.
• Track actions, issues, risks, and decisions, and escalate concerns early to support timely resolution.
• Other Incidental Duties

What you'll need (required):
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field no previous experience  or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required
• 0-2 years experience relevant experience in Analyst, Product Support, Project Coordination, Business Operations, or similar entry‑level roles supporting technical products or systems Preferred

What else we look for:
• Demonstrated ability to draft requirements and manage assigned tasks within a team delivery environment (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid), with guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, collaborate with technical teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite
• Ability to proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
