Job Description:

An Associate Content Quality Reviewer is responsible for supporting Pluralsight authors by conducting content standards reviews. This role involves collaborating with authors and content teams to ensure content aligns with quality standards and provides a positive learner experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Review course content to ensure alignment with quality standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues within established workflows.

  • Collaborate with authors and content teams to address quality concerns.

  • Support automation efforts in the content review process using scripts or tools, as directed.

  • Document and maintain quality checklists.

  • Track and report on content quality metrics to identify improvement areas.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Basic understanding of quality assurance methodologies.

  • Basic understanding of content management systems and processes.

  • Experience with office productivity and presentation software.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for quality monitoring.

  • Basic understanding of how to provide constructive feedback.

Preferred qualifications/skills:

  • Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.

  • Experience reviewing technical video content and/or familiarity with grammar style in a role such as a technical writer.

  • Experience working in a technical environment, working with Cloud technologies, or having worked in some technical capacity with engineers.

  • Experience authoring and editing technical or instructional content.

Requirements:

  • Requires a minimum of 2 year in a content quality, quality assurance, or similar role, or equivalent education and experience in hands-on content validation and testing.

Travel Requirements:

While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. The annual US base salary range for this role is $64,800 - $80,000 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
