About the Role:

The Associate CRO Strategist, SMB plays an important role in helping improve conversion rates and user experience for our small business clients. You’ll support the planning, execution, and analysis of landing page and website experiments, working closely with our Paid Media team to improve performance and drive meaningful results.

You’ll learn how to run and scale experimentation programs, dive into user behavior data, and help identify opportunities to improve funnel performance. This role is built for someone eager to grow their CRO skill set, gain hands-on experience across industries, and contribute to measurable client growth.

What You'll Be Doing

📊 CRO Strategy & Execution
Spend the majority of your time helping develop and execute CRO strategies for your assigned SMB clients. You’ll support in gathering insights, assisting with A/B and Smart Testing (Smart Traffic), analyzing results, and learning how to create experimentation strategies that align with client goals. (50%)


🧠 Internal Collaboration
Work alongside Growth Managers, Designers, Developers, and other Strategists to execute testing and optimization initiatives. You’ll use tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Meet to communicate, align priorities, and share updates across departments. (20%)


🤝 Client Support
Partner with Growth Managers to prepare insights, communicate test learnings, and contribute ideas during client calls. You’ll develop confidence in sharing performance findings and optimization opportunities. (15%)


📈 Opportunity Identification
Assist in identifying areas where clients can improve conversion performance or expand their testing strategy. Collaborate with your team to propose new ideas that can support client growth. (10%)


🔍 Skill Development
Actively build your CRO expertise through training, mentorship, and experimentation. You’ll gain hands-on experience with analytics tools, landing page builders, and testing platforms while learning how to think strategically about conversion optimization. (5%)
