Fetch is an equal employment opportunity employer.

About the Role:

Fetch is seeking an Associate Design Director, B2B to lead the creative vision and execution that define how our brand shows up to partners and advertisers. You’ll guide the design strategy that makes Fetch look big, bold, and unmistakably joyful — while ensuring every piece of work reflects the craft, clarity, and consistency that our brand is known for.

This role sits within the B2B Marketing team, working in close partnership with Demand Marketing, Strategic Content, PR, and Experiential teams to bring our partner story to life across campaigns, presentations, and experiences. You’ll balance high-level creative leadership with a hands-on design mindset — setting the vision, mentoring designers, and contributing to key projects where your creative touch makes the difference. You will report to the General Manager of the B2B Marketing team while being integrated with the broader creative design team.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative strategy and visual identity for Fetch’s B2B brand, ensuring a cohesive and elevated presence across every partner touchpoint.
  • Direct and inspire a talented design team, fostering growth, collaboration, and creative excellence.
  • Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to develop campaigns, sales enablement assets (presentations, case studies etc.), and creative solutions that drive business growth.
  • Drive creative direction for industry events (e.g. Cannes Lions, CES, Groceryshop etc.) and Fetch’s owned-events and paid media activations (e.g. LinkedIn, sponsorships etc.)
  • Shape and evolve the B2B design system, providing scalable tools and templates that keep Fetch’s brand consistent and flexible.
  • This is a player/coach role where the leader is expected to balance creative leadership with hands-on design — contributing to key campaigns, concept development, and flagship materials.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency through strong project management, clear feedback, and smart prioritization.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in design or creative direction, with a proven record of leading creative for brand-driven organizations.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, brand storytelling, and exceptional design execution across digital and print.
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
  • Experience developing B2B creative in tech, advertising, or SaaS industries.
  • Expertise in design systems, scalable creative processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills — able to align stakeholders and inspire confidence.
  • 4+ years of experience leading and managing teams
  • A player-coach mentality: comfortable directing at a high level while stepping in to create when it matters most.
  • Passion for design that’s clever, expressive, and purpose-driven.

Compensation:

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is 111,000 - 138,000. Discover our benefits and how our employees live rewarded at https://fetch.com/careers.
