About the role:

Hello Heart has a strong mission to make our users healthy and deliver an exceptional customer experience. We have a new opportunity for an Associate Director, Client Success within our Client Success team.  Reporting to the Senior Director, you will work cross-functionally with our internal customer success, business development, and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and outcome deliverables. You should have prior experience managing clients within Local Government, K12, Higher Education, and Associations & Trust industries nationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Hello Heart’s strategic public sector and employer accounts with end-to-end ownership of client lifecycle, including, but not limited to, member adoption, account retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to present the Hello Heart value proposition.
  • Partner with the growth team for all aspects of customer renewals, revenue retention, and growth.
  • Create and execute all day-to-day operations to support driving revenue and client excellence.
  • Develop relationships with customers at the C-Suite level that provide insight into their company goals and strategies. 
  • Provide an important customer and user voice, work with the product team on identifying the ideal user experience, and champion new product offerings with your customers.
  • Develop strategic customer strategies to support customer growth and retention while presenting client results and identifying opportunities to increase member satisfaction.  

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of applicable experience in healthcare/population health and customer success
  • Proven track record exceeding ARR goals and client satisfaction across a book of business
  • A strong team player who can work with multiple functions within the company, with the ability to effectively escalate to leadership matters that have a strategic impact
  • Strong preference for candidates currently in Texas and/or the states in central time zone. 
  • Stellar written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adaptable to change
  • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Willing to travel up to 40%

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000.00 to $195,000.00 Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the annual salary and bonus only, and do not include equity or benefits.
