BeOne continues to grow at a rapid pace with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals. When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.

The Associate Director, Content Experience & Design Standards is responsible for defining, governing, and scaling global content experience standards across Commercial and Medical omnichannel platforms. This role serves as the enterprise authority on how content is structured, designed, and experienced across channels, ensuring consistency, usability, accessibility, and regulatory alignment while enabling speed, reuse, and automation.

Operating within a regulated, omnichannel environment, this role establishes design systems, channel playbooks, templates, and experience standards that can be executed repeatedly across brands, regions, and markets. The position partners closely with Enterprise Content Systems, Tagging & Measurement, Commercial, Medical, Digital, and agency teams to ensure that content is not only compliant—but intuitive, engaging, and scalable.

A key focus of this role is enabling GenAI-driven content creation by defining experience guardrails, structured templates, and design standards that allow AI-generated content to be high-quality, compliant, on-brand, and channel-appropriate from inception.

This role acts as a strategic bridge between content strategy, user experience, and technology, ensuring that experience quality scales as content volume, channels, and AI adoption grow globally.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Content Experience Strategy & Standards
  • Define and own global content experience standards across channels including:
  • Sales and field-facing content
  • Email and marketing automation
  • Web and portal experiences
  • Non-personal promotion and digital channels
  • Establish clear principles for usability, accessibility, consistency, and modularity in a regulated environment.
  • Ensure experience standards align with enterprise branding, compliance requirements, and omnichannel strategy.
Design Systems, Templates & Channel Playbooks
  • Develop and govern enterprise design systems, component libraries, and reusable templates to support:
  • Faster content creation
  • Consistent execution across brands and regions
  • Improved content reuse and modularity
  • Define channel-specific experience playbooks that outline:
  • Content structure
  • Layout standards
  • Interaction patterns
  • Dos and don’ts by channel
  • Partner with content systems teams to embed standards into tools such as Veeva, DAM, CMS, and content authoring platforms.
GenAI Content Creation Enablement
  • Define experience guardrails and structured templates to support AI-enabled content generation.
  • Ensure GenAI-generated content:
  • Is channel-appropriate
  • Adheres to brand and experience standards
  • Supports modular reuse and automation
  • Minimizes downstream review and rework
  • Partner with GCMT, Legal, Medical, and Compliance teams to ensure GenAI use cases align with enterprise governance and responsible AI principles.
  • Support pilot programs and scaling of AI-driven content creation workflows.
UX Expertise & Experience Quality Oversight
  • Serve as the UX subject matter expert for enterprise content initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and design direction to internal teams and agency partners.
  • Review and assess experience quality across key initiatives, launches, and channels.
  • Identify experience gaps, inconsistencies, or friction points and drive standardization or remediation.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Enablement
  • Partner closely with:
  • Enterprise Content Systems (platform enablement)
  • Tagging & Content Measurement (metadata and measurement alignment)
  • Commercial, Medical, and Digital teams (execution needs)
  • Ensure experience standards are embedded upstream in content planning and creation—not retrofitted downstream.
  • Support training, documentation, and enablement to drive adoption of standards across global teams and agencies.

  • Provides functional leadership, guidance, and standards oversight across:
