The Enterprise Solutions Architect will lead the architectural design and delivery of advanced data, Generative AI (Gen AI), and Agentic AI solutions for the assigned strategic account or cluster of growth accounts. This role requires deep, mandatory expertise in Microsoft Azure and Databricks, focusing on translating complex business requirements into scalable, production-grade technical solutions.


Requirements

Client Engagement & Delivery:

  • Build and lead enterprise architecture strategies and team of architects for assigned strategic accounts 
  • Oversee technical solution design and enable technical delivery across the projects within the assigned strategic account.
  • Ensure successful development and deployment of technical solutions and client satisfaction across the projects, applying efficiency gains where appropriate. 
  • Maintain high billability.  

Technical Leadership & Expertise:

  • Design and implement robust, scalable data architectures and data engineering on Azure and Databricks, serving as the foundational layer for all analytics and AI.
  • Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning, custom LLMs) and demonstrate a history of production-deployed use cases.
  • Lead solution design for complex Agentic AI use cases and AI applications, including architectures for multi-agent systems (A2A) and communication protocols (MCP).
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
  • Maintain relevant industry technical certifications, with a focus on Azure and Databricks.
  • Understand and implement industry best practices for data and AI/analytics engineering.
  • Collaborate with technology / platform partners engaged in the account to drive value, collaborating with the TA partnership channel

Consulting & Advisory:

  • Provide strategic technology consulting, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and present compelling POVs to clients.
  • Lead client mind share exercises - capability showcase, success area maps, and Tiger solution / accelerator showcases for various engagement stakeholders
  • Support account leadership to develop executive mind share sessions 
  • Contribute to developing practice assets.

Business Development & Talent Management:

  • Support account-specific sales, BD, and RFP activities.
  • Participate in interviews and recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 16+ years of experience in solution architecture, data engineering, or related fields.
  • Must have extensive, hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
  • Must have strong Data Engineering and Data Architecture experience.
  • Must have a proven track record of designing and deploying Generative AI solutions into a production environment.
  • Must have specific experience in Agentic AI solution design, including A2A (Agent-to-Agent) or MCP (Multi-agent Communication Protocol) architecture.
  • Strong understanding of data and AI/analytics engineering methodologies.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with and managing offshore teams.
  • Mandatory certifications in Azure and Databricks.
  • Strong consulting and advisory skills.
  • Strong insurance (P&C / L&A / Health) domain understanding
  • Willingness to travel ~ 30% (about 6 days a month)
