JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative and proactive individual who is passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences and building a positive workplace culture.
 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Human Resources or a related field. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills and experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Employee Engagement, Event Management, Project Management, Communications or related fields. Fresh graduates with strong extracurricular leadership and project experience are welcome to apply.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting projects, whether through university, internships or previous employment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce engaging and creative content.
  • Creative eye for design and experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in photography, videography, video editing and content creation will be an added advantage.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player who is comfortable engaging and working with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
     

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate, Employee Experience, you will play a key role in driving employee engagement initiatives across the organisation.
 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Support the Assistant Vice President in planning and executing company-wide employee engagement initiatives and programmes.
  • Plan and coordinate leadership engagement activities.
  • Execute employee recognition and appreciation programmes, including awards and culture-building initiatives.
  • Develop, review and edit employee experience related communications, while designing engaging visual assets and materials.
  • Maintain and update the Employee Experience HR Portal (SharePoint) to ensure content remains accurate and relevant.
  • Manage and curate employer branding content across social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram including copywriting, photography, videography and creative design.
  • Coordinate employer branding photoshoots and video productions to showcase Astro’s culture, people and workplace experience.
  • Support the planning and execution of culture and engagement programmes that strengthen employee experience and reinforce Astro’s values.
  • Assist with additional projects and ad hoc assignments as required by the reporting manager.
