Overview

What You’ll Experience
•    Strategic budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (including board and earnings reports)
•    Internal controls testing and compliance reviews
•    Contribute to core financial operations—from managing reporting cycles and reconciliations to supporting regulatory and strategic initiatives
•    Financial oversight of diverse lending portfolios
You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, receive personalized mentorship, and build a strong foundation in financial analysis and accounting principles.
 

After the Program
Graduates transition into full-time Financial Analyst roles across teams like Commercial Banking Finance, Consumer Banking Finance, Capital Planning, Corporate Strategy, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury.
 

Who We’re Looking For
•    Strategic thinkers with strong analytical and communication skills
•    Detail-oriented and proactive team players
•    Adaptable learners with a passion for finance and problem-solving

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (graduating May 2026)
•    Minimum GPA of 3.5
•    Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
•    Prior internship or corporate experience preferred
•    Must be a U.S. resident with permanent work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)
•    Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link. If not completed within the timeframe, your application will be automatically withdrawn from consideration.
 
Location & Perks
•    Based in Johnston, RI with some rotations in Westwood, MA
•    Westwood office accessible via car or 20-minute commuter rail from Boston (with shuttle service)

Pay Transparency
The position offers $70,000.00/per year.
