The salary range for this position is $33.50 - $37.45 per hour. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. Kendo Total Rewards offerings also include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental and vision insurance, flex paid time off program, parental leave, employee discount/perks, a retirement plan with employer contributions, Summer Fridays, opportunity to work from anywhere for two weeks during the calendar year and December wellness/shutdown week for applicable positions.

SUMMARY

Calling all beauty junkies! We are looking for a Global Brand Management Coordinator – Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair, + Fenty Fragrance who will be responsible for assisting the Global Brand Management team in all brand efforts, reporting directly to the Director, Brand Management - Fenty Hair and the Director, Brand Management – Fenty Skin + Fenty Fragrance. This role requires strong organizational skills, creative problem solving, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and effective communication skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Unleash your creativity by assisting with brand presentations, new product strategy decks, and monthly newsletters to international counterparts
  • Prepare reports and ad hoc analysis projects as needed (product sales analysis, collection trends, etc.)
  • Build business acumen by assisting Global Brand team in creating monthly business recaps
  • Create and maintain key documents on a regular basis (launch date calendars, pricing documents, master assortment etc.)
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis
  • Assist with timeline tracking including calendar, creative brief schedule and upcoming activation milestone dates
  • Coordinate team meeting management and recaps (including scheduling, note taking and assisting with the agenda)
  • Coordinate product comps - track, maintain, and organize office stock and distribute product to internal and external teams
  • Digital – assist in managing retailer product pages, monitor product accuracy and ratings and reviews
  • Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and retail partners: Packaging, Marketing, Creative, Planning/Inventory, Education and Visual Merchandising
  • Maintain and meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passionate about beauty – haircare, skincare, + makeup
  • 1-2+ years of work experience required
  • Must have proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint and basic Excel functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities a must
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, always-changing environment
  • Motivated self-starter; able to be resourceful and work independently
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eager to learn - No job too big, no job too small
