Transform how the world's banks serve their customers

Prelim is a fast-growing, remote-first startup revolutionizing the financial institution industry. Our platform transforms how banks onboard customers, providing innovative solutions for both online and in-branch experiences. Our team, distributed across the U.S., is driven by a single mission: to simplify banking access for everyone, one institution at a time.

At Prelim, we cultivate a high-performance culture where talented individuals thrive. We're not just building technology, we're reimagining an entire industry. If you're passionate about solving complex problems, making an impact, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Prelim is the place for you.

Why We're Looking for You

As Prelim continues its rapid growth, we're expanding our Professional Services team to support our clients in leveraging our platform for critical customer-facing services. We are seeking a talented individual to manage and optimize no-code workflows for banking clients, focusing on areas like account opening, onboarding, customer and account maintenance, treasury services, lending, and credit card applications.

This role provides high visibility, with direct client interaction and opportunities to lead strategic initiatives that help banks maximize their use of Prelim's platform. You'll work with some of the biggest names in banking, translating their complex operational requirements into streamlined digital experiences that serve millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through the implementation process, guiding them on best practices for configuring and optimizing workflows using Prelim's no-code platform
  • Manage complex, high-impact projects that enhance essential banking services, including account onboarding, customer maintenance, treasury services, and lending processes
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of Prelim's solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand how to fully leverage Prelim's platform to streamline operations and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into effective, scalable workflow configurations that address real-world banking challenges
  • Continuously review and refine workflows to enhance efficiency and value for both internal teams and clients
  • Provide strategic insights and feedback to product teams, contributing to ongoing platform improvements and innovation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking executives and operations teams across multiple client organizations

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to lead strategic implementations that drive client success
  • Experience working in client-facing roles, ideally within professional services, consulting, or technology implementation
  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and workflow configuration; technical aptitude with business process optimization preferred
  • Experience with financial services, banking operations, or complex B2B software implementations strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with clients ranging from bank executives to operations staff
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals through innovative technology solutions
  • Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail—you can see the big picture while ensuring flawless execution
  • A drive for continuous learning and improvement, both for yourself and the clients you support

About Prelim:

At Prelim, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a high-growth company where your work directly impacts our clients and their customers. You'll join our growing implementation team that has established strong best practices and processes, while bringing your own expertise to help us scale to serve hundreds of banking clients.

You'll be part of a collaborative team of driven professionals, tackling complex challenges and helping to reshape the banking industry. We invest in your growth and development, offering opportunities to lead critical projects that will accelerate your career.

As we continue our 2x year-over-year profitable growth, you'll have the chance to grow with us and potentially lead implementation teams of your own.

If you're excited to bridge the gap between innovative technology and real-world banking transformation, we want to hear from you.
