The Role:
Viz.ai is looking for a demand generation marketer who thinks like an engineer — someone who designs systems, not just campaigns. This role is for a builder: someone who sees a manual process and immediately starts sketching a better one, who treats every campaign as an experiment with something to learn, and who is genuinely excited about what AI can unlock in marketing. Reporting to the Associate Director of Demand Generation, you'll own campaign execution while actively improving the infrastructure behind it — from automation logic and lead flows to AI-assisted workflows and performance frameworks. The role partners closely with commercial teams, product marketing and cross functional teams to drive awareness and generate qualified demand across healthcare stakeholders, with a clear line of sight from campaign activity to revenue impact. If you're the kind of person who's already tinkering with AI agents, building prompts in your spare time, or wondering how to eliminate the next repetitive task, this role was designed for you.

You will:

  • Build, launch, and continuously improve campaigns within the marketing automation platform, including emails, forms, lists, and repeatable workflows

  • Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including email nurtures, webinars, paid media, content syndication, and field marketing programs while documenting and refining the processes behind each

  • Support marketing operations including campaign tracking, lead flow, data hygiene, and CRM alignment

  • Support execution of account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, and coordination with sales across target account lists

  • Design and run structured tests across channels, audiences, and messaging — forming hypotheses, measuring results, and implementing what works

  • Collaborate with product marketing, brand, and sales teams to align campaigns with messaging and commercial priorities

  • Apply AI tools (including Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to accelerate content development, campaign analysis, audience research, and operational tasks

What success looks like:

  • Within 30-60 days, you independently manage campaign builds and launches in the marketing automation platform following established processes and best practices

  • Campaigns are consistently tracked and measured, with clean and reliable data flowing through marketing automation and CRM systems

  • You contribute to monthly KPI reporting by identifying trends and supporting optimization across reach, engagement, and funnel metrics

  • Cross-functional partners describe you as proactive, reliable, and someone who makes processes better just by being involved

  • AI tools are embedded in your daily work: you're using them to move faster, think more clearly, and reduce repetitive tasks

  • Within 90 days, you've ramped up on existing workflows and identified at least two candidates for automation or AI-assisted improvement

We are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting or managing demand generation or digital marketing campaigns, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or life sciences

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred), including campaign setup, email execution, list management. You don't just use the tools, you understand how they work and how to push them further

  • Comfort with marketing operations fundamentals, including lead routing, campaign tracking, data hygiene, and CRM integration

  • Strong enough with ABM concepts to execute and iterate on audience segmentation and sales-aligned programs

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and support reporting on funnel metrics and KPIs

  • Strong organizational and project management skills across campaigns and systems

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini, or a demonstrated willingness to adopt them to improve efficiency in research, content development, and campaign execution. You're curious about building agents and automations, not just prompting

Why should you join us?
  • If you are looking to make an impact, we are mission-driven and are making a difference in peoples’ lives every day.

  • If you want to be a part of an amazing team , our people are the heart of everything we do.

  • If you are a self-starter and naturally motivated, our work is driven by curiosity, innovation and team collaboration which allows us to leverage our skills immeasurably.
