The Team and Role:
As an Associate Marketing Specialist for the Personal Work Solutions team, you will be at the heart of our most iconic product categories—including webcams, headsets, tablets, mice, keyboards, music and presentation tools.

In this emerging talent, multi-specialty role, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and operation of the team’s marketing strategy. You will act as a foundational link between sales support, product promotion, and channel program development, ensuring that our market requirements for specific product lines are met with precision and creativity.

Your Contribution
Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. Share in our passion for Equality and Environment. These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role, you will:

  • Drive Strategy & Execution: Work closely with marketing executives and senior management to ensure that overarching marketing goals are established, tracked, and achieved.
  • Category Support: Support and collaborate with the Category Marketing Manager and Category Portfolio Manager on go-to-market strategies, partnerships, after-action reporting, internal stakeholder updates, customer meetings, and business planning.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead the day-to-day operations and project management for the Personal Work Solutions team, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external partners (Sales, Finance, Operations, and Partner Agencies).
  • Omnichannel Support: Plan and implement diverse channel programs, supporting sales-driving executions across both e-tail and retail environments, including in-store and online merchandising.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Support go-to-market strategies and strategic partnership deliverables, providing the analysis and after-action reporting necessary to pivot and grow.
  • Data-Driven Insight: Attend weekly meetings to provide technical support for marketing projects, utilizing trend identification and data to help tell the story of our portfolio's performance.

Key Qualifications:
We work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines. To thrive here, you must be inquisitive, solution-driven, and highly organized. Additionally, we looking for the following skills and behaviors to enhance our team:

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to drive projects forward with a focus on how individual activities contribute to the broader company marketing strategy.
  • Communication Powerhouse: Stellar written and verbal communication skills; you should be eager to express fresh perspectives and present ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical Storyteller: Savvy with Google Suite (Sheets/Slides) and MS Office. You don’t just pull data; you use it to identify trends and inform business planning.
  • Digital Fluency: Deep knowledge of social media platforms, emerging tech trends, and the creator culture/economy.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating virtual environments (Zoom) and managing "ad hoc" needs in a dynamic retail landscape.
