Job Description
Boeing Global Services is searching for a Modification and Tooling Project Technical Specialist to join the team in Victorville, CA.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Oversees multiple final scheduled maintenance visit plans and manages a major plan.
  • Leads maintenance debrief and records review.
  • Defines project schedule, approves definition, manages resource requirements and parts availability with supply-chain.
  • Tracks quality metrics and initiates corrective action.
  • Operates various factory support equipment to move materials and tools as required.
  • Uses appropriate precision equipment to build, maintain and inspect tools.
  • Provides tooling support to other organizations.
  • Performs required tool set up, maintenance, inspection and repairs.
  • Coordinates activities associated with or in support of delivered hardware, warehousing, distribution, and modification kits.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience with Aircraft tools and equipment
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience with heavy equipment (Forklift, Aircraft ground service equipment)
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in a MRO environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • FAA Airframe and powerplant license
  • Willing and able to physically support a variety hangar and maintenance operations

Summary Starting Pay Rate: $89,250 - $120,750
