About the Role

As an Associate People Business Partner, Manufacturing, you'll be the operational backbone of the Manufacturing People team, partnering with leaders and employees to deliver an exceptional employee experience. This is the primary development role within the People Business Partner organization, designed for someone who wants to build the foundation to become a People Business Partner.

  • Partner with employees and leaders to provide guidance on People processes, policies, and day-to-day employee matters.
  • Execute core HR operations, including employee lifecycle transactions, performance management administration, onboarding/offboarding, and workforce data management.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve People processes by leveraging AI and technology to increase efficiency and consistency.
  • Analyze People trends and partner with People Business Partners on employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, and other organizational priorities.
  • Prepare People communications, reports, and documentation while maintaining workforce data integrity and compliance.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or a related role supporting an hourly workforce.
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, or other fast-paced operational environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, sound judgment, and a customer-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to haves but not required:  

  • Experience identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve People processes.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, reporting, or workforce data management.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve operational efficiency.
  • Desire to build a career as a People Business Partner and grow into a future People leadership role.

Hiring Range:
$86,000$130,000 USD
