The Associate Principal, CRM Domain will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in CRM transformation, driving strategic CRM programs within the healthcare sector. The role will focus on Salesforce (SF) and Veeva platforms, leveraging deep industry knowledge to shape CRM strategies, implement best practices, and enable clients to achieve their digital transformation objectives. This leader will collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do -
  • Lead CRM transformation programs within the healthcare sector;
  • Advise clients on CRM best practices, strategy, and technology implementation;
  • Collaborate with C-suite and senior stakeholders to define CRM roadmaps;
  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions;
  • Drive business development through client engagements and strategic proposals;
  • Stay updated on emerging CRM trends, particularly within SF and Veeva ecosystems;
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge development within ZS.

What You'll Bring -
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field. MBA preferred;
  • Extensive experience in CRM transformation within healthcare;
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce (SF) and/or Veeva platforms (stronger preference for Veeva);
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and regulatory considerations;
  • Proven track record in consulting firms like Accenture, Deloitte, or similar;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills;
  • Experience in managing large-scale digital transformation programs;
  • Ability to drive business development and client acquisition efforts;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority.
