Key responsibilities include intake, screening, and logging of incoming opportunities as well as initial diligence and information collection.
  • Contribute to the development of the broader U.S. private equity primaries strategy by sharing market intelligence, helping shape coverage priorities, and identifying areas of thematic opportunity.
  • Help originate co-investment and secondary opportunities through existing GP relationships, ensuring strong coordination across adjacent investment strategies and maximizing the value of sponsor connectivity.

  • Support efforts to position LGT Capital Partners as a preferred long-term partner to GPs through thoughtful coverage, consistent engagement, and high-quality execution.
  • Support portfolio monitoring activities for existing fund investments by tracking performance developments, preparing updates, and helping assess portfolio positioning over time.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and prepare portfolio updates for internal stakeholders, including investment developments, manager performance, and key portfolio events.
  • Partner with co-investment and secondary colleagues where portfolio insights overlap, ensuring a coordinated view of sponsor relationships and underlying investment exposures.
  • Contribute to selected client and prospective investor interactions by helping communicate the team’s strategy, portfolio positioning, and investment perspective in a clear and credible manner.
  • Participate in fundraising and client pitch efforts by helping prepare materials, contribute investment content, and respond to diligence questions as needed.
  • Support or participate in investment update meetings with clients, helping present portfolio developments and answer questions on the underlying strategy.
  • Represent the team at industry conferences and firm events to support market intelligence gathering, relationship development, and broader brand presence.
