In this role, you will own the inbound product domain end to end, from strategy and discovery through execution and optimization. You will leverage advanced SQL and analytics on a regular basis to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive product decisions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and merchant experience at scale.

You will partner closely with engineering, inbound operations, analytics, and senior stakeholders to define vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact solutions. Desired Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product analytics, operations, or a related role.
  • Proven experience owning and delivering complex products in data-heavy, operational, or logistics-driven environments.
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong analytical capabilities; comfortable working independently with large datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI or data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders, including merchants and internal leadership.
  • Experience creating and interpreting process flow diagrams, swimlanes, and operational/logistics documentation (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, FigJam, Visio).
  • Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or warehouse management systems is a strong plus.

Skills & Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Strategy

  • Own the inbound product roadmap, defining vision, strategy, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities using quantitative data, qualitative research, and operational insight.

PDLC Leadership

  • Lead the full product development lifecycle for inbound capabilities, including discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, execution, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Write clear, actionable product requirements and ensure high-quality delivery with engineering teams.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with inbound operations, engineering, analytics, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Act as the primary product voice for inbound initiatives across the organization.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use advanced analytics and SQL to identify trends, diagnose issues, measure outcomes, and validate product decisions.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to inbound efficiency, accuracy, throughput, and merchant satisfaction.
