Associate Product Manager, TMTT

Position Summary:
This role is responsible for the development and execution of key marketing programs, partnering closely with the field sales force to meet physician unmet needs across the customer journey. This role spans the full TMTT portfolio of therapies and focuses on strategic, high impact engagements involving multiple different physician stakeholders within the heart team.
How you will make an impact:
Design and implement customer engagement initiatives aimed at key customer segments
Coordinate with physicians to execute high impact peer-to-peer events across the TMTT portfolio
Organize on-site physician visits at Edwards headquarters and collaborate with internal stakeholders on agenda creation and execution
Ensure all engagement activities adhere to the relevant compliance standards and approval processes
Partner closely with sales to align engagement strategies with commercial objective
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all customer engagement activities adhere to the appropriate standards and processes
Develop dashboards and measurement plans to track customer engagement program performance
Travel to support field-based engagements, national conferences and regional events (approximately 30% travel expected)
What you will need (required):
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in in related field, 3 years experience of previous related experience Required or Master's Degree or equivalent in in related field, 1 year experience of previous related experience Required
Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry Preferred

Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
Solid knowledge and understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics
Solid knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
Proactively gain procedural and product knowledge through all available sources
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $108,000 to $153,000 (highly experienced).
