Responsibilities:
  • Support the product lead in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap by gathering and synthesising market research, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Assist in collecting, documenting, and prioritising product requirements under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into user stories, wireframes, and functional prototypes.
  • Engage in agile workflows, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback, then help analyse and communicate actionable insights for product improvement.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams and external partners throughout the product development cycle.
  • Stay informed about emerging industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies, sharing relevant findings to inform product decisions.
