Position Summary:

At PatientNow, our product team solves meaningful problems for customers and the business through the delivery of elegant, next-generation solutions that fuel practice growth and elevate the clinical experience. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a critical supporting role in bringing product ideas to life through collaboration, analysis, and execution. This is a growth-oriented role designed for individuals eager to learn how to build and scale great products in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features that drive customer value and business outcomes.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the definition of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth planning, execution, and delivery of product features
  • Participate in customer discovery efforts, including interviews, research, and feedback analysis to understand user needs and pain points
  • Track and analyze product adoption, usage, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and improvements
  • Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA testing cycles to ensure high-quality releases
  • Document product decisions, workflows, and release notes for internal and customer-facing stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Customer Success to gather insights and ensure alignment
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions by bringing forward insights, data, and customer feedback
  • Learn and apply product development frameworks, best practices, and PatientNow product standards
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer empath

Education/Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, UX, or a related technical field (internships welcome)
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in agile product development and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear documentation
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data to generate insights and inform decisions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn from senior product leaders and grow within a product management career path
  • Passion for technology and improving user experiences, particularly in SaaS or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or product analytics platforms preferred
  • Exposure to healthcare technology, EMR systems, or practice management workflows is a plus
